If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me and let know at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time so we are able to accommodate others. If you are unable to provide 12 hours notice, a non-cancellation fee may be charged.
Our goal is to begin every service within 10 minutes of your appointment time. If you arrive 10 minutes after you appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. I reserve the right to deny service if the client is repeatedly tardy.
